All products sold by Elevate Physique (“we,” “us,” “our”) are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application.

2. Eligibility & Buyer Certification

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or research institution, and intend to use all purchased products solely for in-vitro laboratory research conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Product Information & Testing

We provide third-party Certificates of Analysis (COA) for our batches where available. Product descriptions, purity percentages, and testing results are provided for research reference only.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed through our WooCommerce store; payment is handled by the third-party payment gateway integrated with our checkout and is subject to that provider’s own terms. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Account & Website Platform

This website is built on WordPress using the WooCommerce plugin for store, cart, and checkout functionality. If you create an account, your login credentials and order history are stored in our WordPress/WooCommerce database and are subject to the security practices described in our Privacy Policy.
