Returns & Refunds

1. Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because our products are laboratory research compounds intended for research use only, and for reasons of safety, integrity, and cold-chain handling, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted products. All sales of research compounds are final once shipped, except as described below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@elevatephysique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to this Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped, or for delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. We will assist with carrier claims where possible.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.
